- Delivery times are 3 working days within Turkey and 10 days for international orders, barring any unforeseen events like power outages.
- Invitations are printed in the same color as shown in the product image unless you specify otherwise.
- Printing and delivery within Turkey are free unless you request extras like names or sketches on the envelope.
- We only begin printing after your approval to avoid errors.
- Invitations are delivered disassembled for easy assembly at home and to avoid damages during transportation.
- Slight color differences may occur due to screen calibrations.
- Up to three items may be lost during printing.
- Special lettering (foil, gold, silver) has additional costs based on order quantity.
- Customer service is available weekdays from 9:00 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM–3:30 PM.
